JCI has supplied high-quality products that meet our customers' budgets, schedules, and specifications since 1975.
JCI strives to meet and exceed customers’ needs and expectations by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, both at the technical and managerial levels, and cultivating cooperation and mutual respect among employees, clients, customers, and suppliers. Our ISO certification assures our clients and customers that JCI meets internationally recognized standards in our production process and quality controls. The ISO certification means that our processes are fully documented and consistent and have a self-auditing component to assure long-term, sustainable results. Our certified IPC Application Specialist (CIS) training focuses on what line workers, operators, and inspectors need to know to inspect or make acceptance or rejection decisions. Since the elimination of many military standards, the IPC/WHMA A-620 standard is the first industry consensus standard for cable and wire harness fabrication and installation. Applying the IPC 620 standards provides a consistent framework of quality workmanship procedures for JCI’s business. These quality standards reduce product variations and save our customers time and money. JCI has created a culture of quality within the company that is inherent to all our processes.
