JCI is experienced in producing both low- and high-complexity products, from heavy-gauge, point-to-point assemblies to assemblies with many contacts and multiple breakouts.

JCI builds everything from simple lighting harnesses to large assemblies for aircraft and unique military vehicles with hundreds of circuits. All harnesses, simple or complex, are built to exact customer specifications. Registration to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standards assure documentation of in-line process checks, 100% final continuity test, Hi-Pot test, and visual inspection to verify customer compliance. Test printout data is provided when needed using Cirris test equipment or to customer test specifications.

JCI can build ribbon cable assemblies from .05 spacing up to 100 conductors. Cables and harnesses can be assembled using standard insulation displacement connectors or terminated with other types of connectors specifically designed for flat ribbon. Slitting, bonding, folding, shielding, and marking flat ribbon cables are also available. As with all the products JCI produces, product reliability is assured by 100% testing to customer specifications, guaranteeing zero defects and superior customer satisfaction.

JCI can combine electronic and mechanical assembly to provide design-to-shipping-dock, full-product builds. We commonly integrate our cable/harnesses into the finished product. We have built everything from tactical vehicle components to industrial control units.
