JCI strives to meet and exceed customer’s needs and expectations through fostering a culture of continuous improvement, both at the technical and managerial level, and by cultivating cooperation and mutual respect among employees, clients, customers and suppliers.
Our ISO certification assures our clients and customers that JCI meets internationally recognized standards in our production process and quality controls. The ISO certification means that our processes are fully documented and consistent, and that we have a self-auditing component in place to assure long-term, sustainable results.
Our certified IPC Application Specialist (CIS) training focuses on what line workers, operators, and inspectors need to know to inspect or make acceptance, rejection decisions. Since the elimination of many military standards, the IPC/WHMA A-620 standard is the first industry consensus standard for cable and wire harness fabrication and installation.
Applying the IPC 620 standards provides a consistent framework of quality workmanship procedures to JCI’s business. These quality standards reduce product variations and therefore save our customers time and money. JCI has created a culture of quality within the company that is inherent to all of our processes.
